The Virtual Hand
To accelerate design refinement, our computer-modeling specialists use "Computer-Aided Styling," or CAS, to generate variations on design directions. Importantly, our computer modelers are first trained in clay modeling. This way, hands-on craftsmanship, which is the heart of our design heritage, is instilled from the beginning. This competence in shape and surface refinement remains critical, even (or perhaps, especially) when working on the computer.
